Welcome and thank you for taking the time to learn more about ICM-TREND SHOP. We value  every one of our ICM Sneaker Member and we are committed to give the best discounted price to all our ICM-TREND SHOP Sneaker Products.

Documents & Verification Required

ICM Sneaker Membership discounted prices are available to ICM Sneaker Member only, Please provide a copy of your Valid license ID,Passport Copy or State tax ID for identity verification.

Current prices and suggested ICM Sneaker Member discounted prices are posted on Membership account.If you do not yet have a ICM Sneaker Membership account, please contact us.

Minimum Order Value

Minimum Opening Order: $300.00
Recommended Re-Order: $800.00

All changes to open orders must be submitted in writing.

ICM Sneaker Membership Pricing

All prices are listed in US dollars. All prices are subject to change without notice.ICM Sneaker Member must agree.

Changes to Account and Membership

Changes to the primary member account information can only be made by the primary member. Spouse and add-ons may make changes to their personal information.

Method of payment

We accept payment by , wire transfer,Bank Direct Deposit ,And the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. If you are paying wire transfer, your order will not be processed until ICM-TREND SHOP. has received the funds.

Changes to orders

Any changes or cancellation to orders must be emailed to customerservice@icmshoptrend.com within 24 hours.

Out of stock

We try to have everything in stock. However, there may be unavoidable outages. When an out of stock situation occurs we will do one of the following two things:

We will send you an email notification of the situation, usually providing you with the option to change the item or to delete the item from your order list.

Sales Tax

Sales tax (GST, HST, QST or PST) will be charged on all taxable transactions in accordance with all applicable laws. The member agrees.

Delivery and Shipping

The order will begin processing as soon as the initial payment (without the shipping costs) has been received. Though your shipment will likely go out sooner, please allow up to 1 weeks for your order to ship. Larger orders may require more time; please contact us for information about availability at customerservice@icmshoptrend.com. Shipping/handling charges will be calculated and added to your order total when the order is ready to ship. We reserve the right to use our discretion as to the carrier to be used on any shipment. We will provide you with the full shipping details as soon as the goods are dispatched.

We hope that all of our valued ICM Sneaker Member can appreciate and understand that we have no control of the international shipping process after the package has been dispatched from our warehouse. For delayed orders in which the package was shipped within the normal processing period, we may deal with them on a case-by-case basis, please contact us by submitting a ticket, or chatting with us online.

Damages and Defects

All shipments must be inspected at the time of delivery for shortage and damages before signing acceptance of goods. Any claims for damages or shortage of cartons must be made directly with the carrier immediately. We are not responsible for any delay or damage caused by the carrier. If there is concealed damage, To adequately report damaged or defective shipments, please provide us with clear pictures of the damaged or defective areas of the products.please contact us within 3 days of receiving the goods.

 Returns

Returns must be made in writing directly to customerervice@icmshoptrend.com within 3 days of delivery date quoting invoice number and reasons. We only accept returns in the case of defective merchandise as noted in Damages and Defects 

Please email us with details of the product prior to returning it. Returned merchandise will be replaced with new merchandise. Returned merchandise will not be accepted if it is held for more than 3 days after receipt.

No returns are acceptable without ICM-TREND SHOP staff prior approval and delivery instructions for transport. The ICM Sneaker Member will account for the shipping costs for returns.

Please note that all returned items must be in good condition and won’t affect the second sale.
Contact us by submitting a ticket before you return the package to get the shipping address or other details.

Changes to Membership Terms

ICM-TREND SHOP has the right to make changes to these membership terms at any time.  ICM-TREND SHOP recommends that you regularly stay up-to-date with ICM-TREND SHOP to maintain awareness of changes to the membership terms.
